About Ava
Public speaking and debate are great passions of mine. I know that public speaking is a big challenge for some people and I'm willing to help them overcome it! I am willing to help students develop and practice presenting speeches for classes, practice debating or debate skills, or anything else you think you need help with in public speaking or debate! Hi! My name is Ava and I am a year 10 student in Blenheim, Marlborough.
I have experience in debate and public speaking. I have won multiple speech competitions, gone to World Scholar's Cup Regional and Global rounds in 2025, and participated in Model United Nations.
I teach debate to Bohally Intermediate's debate club and I am looking to branch out.
I am a flexible teacher and I am willing to help or change my lesson plans to better assist students.
My lessons are for year 6-8 students in New Zealand and my minimum lesson time is 60 minutes.
