About Victoria
Hello! My name is Victoria, and I help people become confident and capable in the digital world—not just by teaching tools, but by showing you how to actually use them in real life.
My background is in Information Technology, and I’ve spent over 10 years working behind the scenes in tech. A big part of my work involved analyzing AI-generated content—understanding how small changes in wording can completely shift meaning, clarity, and impact. That experience trained me to think deeply, explain clearly, and simplify even the most complex digital concepts.
Today, I teach digital skills in a practical, no-nonsense way. This includes AI tools, content creation, computer basics, productivity software like Excel and PowerPoint, video editing with Canva and CapCut, and even building simple websites. I don’t focus on theory—I focus on what you can actually do with these tools.
What makes my approach different is how I teach. I don’t overwhelm you with jargon or rush through steps. I break things down, guide you patiently, and adjust based on how you learn best. If something doesn’t make sense, I find another way to explain it—until it clicks.
Whether you’re a complete beginner trying to understand your computer, a creator looking to use AI and video tools, or someone ready to build digital skills for work or business, I meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
Because of my tech background, everything runs smoothly. I create my own step-by-step resources, use clear visuals, and make sure you’re not just watching—but actually doing. You won’t leave confused—you’ll leave knowing exactly what to do next.
Outside of teaching, I’m deeply involved in digital creation, building resources, and helping others turn ideas into something real. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing someone go from “I don’t understand this” to “I can do this on my own.”

My lessons are built around one clear goal: helping you confidently use digital tools in real life—not just understand them.
We start with a simple conversation. I want to know what you’re trying to achieve—whether it’s learning how to use AI tools, creating content, editing videos, improving your computer skills, or building something for work or business. From there, every lesson is tailored to your level, your pace, and your goals.
My sessions are practical and hands-on. You won’t just watch—you’ll follow along, try things yourself, and build something as we go. Whether we’re working with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Excel, or website builders, the focus is always on doing, not just learning.
I break everything down into clear, simple steps. No tech jargon, no rushing. If something doesn’t make sense, I explain it differently until it clicks. You’ll always know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
Each lesson is structured but flexible. We focus on real tasks—designing a post, editing a video, writing with AI, organizing data, or setting up a website—so you can immediately apply what you learn outside the lesson.
I also create custom materials and guide you step-by-step, so you’re never lost or guessing. And if something goes wrong (which happens in tech), I handle it calmly and keep things moving.
Mistakes are part of the process here. You’re encouraged to try, explore, and even get stuck—that’s where real learning happens. My role is to guide you through it and make sure you leave each session clearer, more confident, and ready to do it on your own.
