About Leandra
I’m a newly graduated doctor who’s always loved helping others understand things — especially when topics feel confusing or overwhelming. I don’t see teaching as just going over facts, but as making someone feel supported, capable, and a little more confident after every session. I want to teach because I know how hard studying can feel when things don’t quite click — and I genuinely enjoy being that calm, helpful voice that makes it make sense. Whether it’s biology, clinical subjects, or something like pharmacology, I like turning complicated into clear.

My approach is calm, supportive, and fully tailored to each student. I focus on understanding rather than memorization — breaking down complex topics into simple, logical steps. I always create a safe space for questions and try to make lessons feel more like a conversation than a lecture. Whether it’s biology, clinical medicine, or a subject like pharmacology, I adjust to the student’s pace and explain things as clearly and patiently as needed. Before we start, I usually ask what the student is struggling with and then build a personalized plan to help them move forward with more confidence and less stress.
