Gretchen is the most knowledgeable professional musician I’ve had the pleasure to know. She is very devoted to her students and has instructed some gifted players into advanced Academy. She is kind and caring and will do all she can to help you achieve your goals.

I have been taking lessons from Gretchen for almost three years now, starting with very little experience in music and playing viola. She helped me develop my musical abilities rapidly, and I am now able to enjoy playing high level music. She not only works with me through the music she gives me, but is also willing to help with any other music I am playing for my school music program and youth orchestra. When I have questions, I always feel comfortable asking them.
