About Michele
I am a yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience.
Stretching techniques toestablish flexibility, prevent injuries and improve performance.
As an ultrarunner, I must apply stretching and mobility to stay injury-free, which helps me recover faster.
They are as important as training and rest.
My approach is about long-term results, easing stiffness and pain, regaining range of motion, and well-being.
