About Cayla
I am a medical student studying psychology and social work and a dancer. I love yoga and meditation because of how closer you feel to yourself and reality. I’ve dealt with anxiety for many years and I know many tips and tricks about how to clear your thoughts.

I base my teaching on a psychology basis. I like talking and finding out the route of the anxiety/ trigger of the anxiety. Everyday focuses on different topics and questions. A lot of self awareness will come from my lessons.
