About Ronnie
I am an Executive Leader who has been fortunate to experience several astonishing leaders and sadly some very bad ones. I have managed to navigate several organisations to an executive level, through different cultures, pressures & company values.
I have lived and worked across many countries, I have built businesses and taken them to sale, have been an executive advisor to several organisations from Start up to more mature organisations and above all else I have mentored and coached individuals through many different walks of life for the past 15 years.
I am focussed on positive outcomes, helping people understanding how effective communication and negotiation strategies can be massively effective in every day life - especially relationships of all levels.
I am a passionate communicator with an objective view and determined to help people become the best they can become across all walks of life.

As an experienced Senior Executive, I mentor and coach people to be the best that they can be. In order to support this, I have developed a 6 Step program that will focus on understanding what is important to us, what we want to achieve and help us understand how best to accomplish our goals. The program has materials, lessons and actions along the way which are specific to each of the students, mentees and individuals I coach.
