About Shawnik
I am a dedicated and patient tutor with a strong analytical background and over 15 years of experience working in problem-solving environments across technology, finance, and engineering-driven domains. This experience allows me to teach Science, Physics, and Chemistry in a structured and logical way that makes complex concepts easier to understand.
I specialise in teaching Science to younger students, helping them build strong foundations and curiosity, while also supporting GCSE students in Physics and Chemistry with a focus on concept clarity, problem-solving, and exam performance.
My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex topics into simple, understandable steps, ensuring students gain confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the subject. I emphasise both conceptual learning and exam technique, so students can apply their knowledge effectively in assessments.
I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are encouraged to think independently. My aim is not just to improve grades, but to help students develop a genuine interest in science and the confidence to tackle challenging problems.
