About Isabella
Hi, I’m Isabella! I am a dedicated and passionate tutor who believes that every student has the ability to succeed with the right support and guidance. With a strong academic background, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for helping others learn, I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident in their abilities.
As a 4.0 GPA student, Principal’s List recipient, Honor Roll student, and two-time STEM Competition 1st Place winner, I have developed strong problem-solving skills, effective study strategies, and a deep understanding of how to approach challenging concepts. I use these skills to help students not only improve their grades but also develop confidence and independence in their learning.
I am patient, organized, and committed to adapting my lessons to each student’s unique learning style and goals. Whether a student needs extra support with homework, preparation for assessments, or help understanding difficult topics, I provide clear explanations and personalized guidance to help them succeed.
My goal as a tutor is to make math feel less intimidating and more approachable. I want every student I work with to leave each lesson feeling more confident, capable, and motivated to continue improving.

Hi, I’m Isabella! My approach as a tutor is centered around creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence in their math abilities. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s needs, learning pace, and goals.
My teaching methodology focuses on breaking down complex concepts into smaller, manageable steps and using clear explanations, examples, and practice problems to strengthen understanding. Rather than just memorizing formulas, I help students understand the reasoning behind each concept so they can apply their knowledge independently.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing previous material, identifying areas of difficulty, and setting goals for the session. We then work through explanations and guided examples before moving into practice questions where students can apply their skills. Each lesson ends with a review of key takeaways and strategies they can use when studying independently.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my strong academic background and my ability to connect with students. As a 4.0 GPA student, Principal’s List recipient, Honor Roll student, and two-time STEM Competition 1st Place winner, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and effective study strategies that I enjoy sharing with others. My leadership experience as Class Vice President has also helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to support others in reaching their goals.
I offer tutoring for elementary and high school students who want to improve their understanding of math, strengthen their problem-solving skills, prepare for tests, complete homework, or build greater confidence in their abilities. My goal is to help students not only improve their grades but also develop skills that will benefit them throughout their academic journey.
