About Carlota
I am a professionally trained actor, having studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, and I hold a Master’s degree in Screen Acting. I also run my own production company, where I create short films and feature projects. This has helped me develop a strong understanding of what casting directors and producers are looking for. As a working actor, I teach to help other actors find honesty in their work, build confidence, and feel fully prepared for auditions and self-tapes.

In my lessons, we work through a variety of scripts together, focusing on script analysis, character development, and finding the truth behind the words. We will also act out scenes and explore them practically, allowing you to make active, grounded choices.
I guide you through different audition techniques and approaches, helping you understand the many possibilities within a scene. If you wish, I can send you scripts to prepare as private self-tapes. You can send these to me in advance, and we will go through them together in class, where I will give clear, constructive notes on how to strengthen your performance and deepen the honesty of your work.
