About Debby
Teaching exists because math anxiety is common and often stems from shaky foundations. I find that most people struggle not with the logic but with the way they were first introduced to complex concepts. Over my 13 years of experience, I have supported many individuals through rigorous exam preparation.
My approach relies on an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Stanford University to break down confidence intervals and chi-square tests. We focus on p-values and significance while working through correlation. Dealing with these ideas requires a steady hand and a clear head, so I try to keep things focused on the basics.
