Hi, I’m Anchal, a certified fitness trainer trained at K11 School of Fitness Sciences and passionate about helping people build a healthier, stronger version of themselves. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. With a supportive and personalized approach, I focus on proper technique, sustainable progress, and building confidence so every client can enjoy their fitness journey and achieve long-term results.

My approach as a fitness trainer is focused on safe, effective, and sustainable fitness. I believe in helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and develop healthy habits that last.
I teach by simplifying exercises into easy-to-follow steps, with strong emphasis on proper form, posture, breathing, and body alignment. My goal is to ensure clients understand each movement and perform it correctly.
A typical class includes warm-up and mobility work, the main workout session (strength, cardio, functional, or core training), and a cool-down with stretching and recovery guidance.
What makes me unique is my supportive coaching style, clear communication, and personalized approach. I adapt workouts based on individual goals, fitness levels, and limitations.
My classes are suitable for beginners, working professionals, and adults looking to improve fitness, lose fat, build strength, or start their fitness journey with proper guidance.
