About Dave
Kind support defines my approach. I train students to conquer stage fear through specific technical drills. After 9 years of performing as a classical vocalist across the UK, I know exactly what it takes to stand before an audience.
My lessons focus on head and chest voice, pitch control, and rhythm and phrasing. We refine tone and resonance alongside vocal range extension.
I coach pupils through ABRSM and Trinity graded exams from Grade 1 through Diploma level. Coaching genre styling for pop, classical, and musical theatre helps build genuine performance confidence. Honestly, I love seeing that moment when a student finally finds their true sound.

Singing requires a structure built from the ground up, much like the Anglican cathedral choir tradition I value. Imagine standing in a vast space and feeling your voice fill the room with absolute clarity and control.
My lessons prioritise a personalised song list built around each student's range, ensuring you always work with material that suits your natural vocal development. Warm-up exercises are vital before we tackle complex repertoire.
