About Ionut
Hi, I’m Ionut — a Staff Software Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Throughout my career, I’ve led engineering teams, mentored junior developers, and built high-performance systems used by millions of people. I’m passionate about teaching and helping others grow, whether they're just starting out or aiming for their next big career move. I bring patience, clarity, and a structured approach to every lesson. My goal is not just to teach you how to write code, but to help you understand how real-world software works and how to think like an engineer. With me, you’ll learn more than just syntax — you’ll gain the confidence to solve complex problems and build meaningful projects. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and can break down tough concepts into simple, practical steps — you're in the right place.

As a Staff Software Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience, I focus on practical, real-world learning rather than theory alone. My teaching method is project-based, tailored to your goals — whether you’re a complete beginner, a university student, or a working developer preparing for interviews or career transitions.
A typical lesson starts by understanding your current level and setting clear, achievable goals. We then work together on real coding tasks, such as building small apps, debugging code, or designing scalable systems. I explain concepts in a way that clicks — no fluff, just clean, clear thinking.
What sets me apart is my experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and working across industries. I don’t just teach syntax — I help you think like a developer.
My lessons are ideal for:
Beginners who want to start coding confidently
University students needing support with assignments or concepts
Junior/mid-level devs preparing for interviews or aiming for senior roles
Anyone interested in system design, clean architecture, or learning Rust, JavaScript, or backend development
