About Stacey
I have been a certified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher since 2019 and a working professional actor for over 10 years. I understand firsthand the pressures of a busy and hectic lifestyle and so hope to teach others the benefits of simple breathing and yoga sequences to help them relax, restore and rejuvinate.
