About Sreelekha
When I started teaching Taekwondo, Self Defense and fitness, I wanted to share my knowledge and workout programmes to ensure that regardless of ability of an individual, my techniques could be used to support a safe, secure and healthy lifestyle.
To be a Weapon yourself, you need to invest in the proper gear, find the right technique, have one-on-one practice sessions, and simply figure out the discipline to learn. I want to help my students to get the best out of themselves

It starts with Warm up - stretching - basic movements - kicks - cool down. Tips on Diet and body toning.
Group Session - I provide Self Defense Sessions at Offices, Schools, Colleges and gated communities.
