About Itumeleng Felicity
My name is Itu Felicity Maako, and I am a Sport Science graduate with an Honors degree. I am passionate about helping students understand Sport Science and improve their academic performance. I have experience in coaching, athlete support, and research, including working on a research project focusing on the physical and physiological determinants of elite female rowers.
I have practical experience in sport through coaching netball, working with athletes, and serving as a first aider at university sports events. This allows me to teach not only theory, but also how sport science concepts are applied in real sport and performance environments.

I focus on helping you understand the work, not just memorise it. I combine theory + practical sport examples so that the work makes sense and is easier to remember; using simple explanations, real sport examples, summaries, and past exam questions to help you improve your marks and confidence.
I also help with assignments, test preparation, exam revision, research projects, and data analysis (Excel/SPSS basics).
In a typical lesson, we go through the topic you struggle with, do practice questions, and I show you how to answer test and exam questions correctly.
My lessons are suitable for high school learners (Life Sciences, Physical Education, Sport Science), college, and university Sport Science students, and First-year students struggling with Sport Science modules
