About Romy
I am a guitar tutor holding a BM in World Music, Guitar Traditions. For 4 years, I’ve helped students tackle metal, shred, and progressive rock challenges. My lessons combine theory, technique, and hands-on performance. I focus on speed, precision, and advanced shred methods. Techniques such as sweep picking, tapping, and legato are covered in depth. Young learners develop a strong foundation, while adults enhance their repertoire with complex material. Musical expression and phrasing are integrated into technical exercises. Sessions are tailored to individual goals and learning styles. Timing, dynamics, and fretboard knowledge are emphasized consistently. I encourage creativity while maintaining discipline. Students improve dexterity, speed, and confidence. Lessons are structured yet flexible. Guitar playing becomes both challenging and enjoyable.
