About Ericka
Hi! My name is Ericka, and I’m originally from Ecuador. Spanish is not only my native language—it is also a beautiful part of my culture and identity that I would love to share with you.
I am a friendly, patient and approachable person who understands that learning a new language requires confidence, practice and encouragement. Having adapted to life in Toronto, I know how challenging it can be to communicate in a language that is not your own.
My goal is to make you feel comfortable speaking Spanish without fear of making mistakes. I will support you with kindness, celebrate your progress and help you discover the language through authentic conversations, Latin American expressions and cultural experiences.

My lessons use a practical, conversation-based method designed to help you speak Spanish naturally and confidently. Each session begins with a short warm-up conversation, followed by useful vocabulary, pronunciation practice and a topic based on your interests or goals.
We will use real-life situations, role-playing, guided questions, images and simple exercises to make learning interactive and enjoyable. I will gently correct your pronunciation and grammar, explain your mistakes clearly and help you use new words in complete sentences.
As a native Spanish speaker from Ecuador, I can also teach you authentic Latin American expressions and cultural insights. My lessons are personalized, patient and pressure-free, making them ideal for beginners and intermediate students who want to improve their speaking, listening and conversational confidence.
