About Jorge
I am a 33-year-old language professional trained in Brazil, where I graduated in Spanish and Portuguese as foreign languages. My experience living and studying in Brazil allowed me to fully develop fluency and a deep understanding of the language and culture.
I am currently based in Miami, where I understand the fast-paced and competitive business environment, especially when working with international and Brazilian markets.
I currently work with Brazilian companies, which allows me to use Portuguese daily in real professional contexts. This gives my students the advantage of learning not only the language, but also how it is truly used in business and everyday life.
In addition, I am currently completing my nursing degree, which reflects my discipline, commitment, and passion for continuous learning.
I am highly communicative, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with students. My goal is to create a comfortable and motivating environment where you feel confident to learn and grow.

I am a Brazil-trained teacher and I currently work with Brazilian companies, so I bring real-life language and cultural context into every class. This means you will learn how Portuguese is actually spoken in everyday situations and professional environments.
I offer lessons in both Spanish–Portuguese and English–Portuguese contexts, adapting the learning experience to your preferred language.
Each lesson is personalized based on your level and goals. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, I adapt the class to help you improve quickly and naturally.
I create a relaxed and engaging environment where making mistakes is part of the learning process. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, improve your fluency, and start thinking in Portuguese.
