About Stefania

I’m Stefy, an experienced CELTA-Qualified English Teacher and Mindset Coach. I help students speak English with ease and confidence through interactive activities and mindset techniques.

I can help you with:

- Speaking confidently in meetings, presentations, or casual chats with friends—no more second-guessing yourself!

- Improving your pronunciation (or better said speech clarity) so you can confidently order coffee, give directions, or speak on the phone without hesitation.

- Overcoming language anxiety and feeling comfortable expressing your ideas in front of colleagues or in social settings.

- Using English naturally—whether negotiating at work, chatting at the supermarket, or making small talk at a party.

- Staying motivated with fun, interactive exercises that make learning feel like an exciting challenge, not a chore.

- Shifting your mindset to see English as a tool for connecting, growing, and thriving in your personal and professional life.

In my lessons, I use a personalised approach that combines proven methods to help you reach your goals:

- I start by understanding you—what you want to achieve and how you plan to use English. This allows me to design lessons tailored to your specific needs and interests.

- I use the scaffolding method to build your skills step by step. We start with the basics and gradually move to more complex concepts, ensuring you’re supported at every stage.

- Spaced repetition helps reinforce key concepts and vocabulary over time, ensuring that you commit them to long-term memory.

- I correct and guide you as you speak, helping you use language accurately and confidently in both casual and professional settings.

- I show you how to learn English independently by incorporating fun, real-life activities. Students fall in love with English because I make learning feel natural and enjoyable, using things they already love to connect with the language.

- I encourage reflection by having you keep a language learning diary. This helps you track progress, celebrate achievements, and see how far you’ve come.

- Interactive exercises and practical techniques keep you engaged, while constant review ensures you feel confident and motivated as you progress at your own pace.

And here’s the best part—many of my students love the lessons so much they don’t want them to end! So, if you find yourself asking for "just five more minutes" every time, don’t say I didn’t warn you!

What my students say:

"Stefy is a fantastic, talented and friendly teacher who really knows how to get the best out of people. But he's not just a teacher. As she says, she empowers mental health professionals to become leaders in their field by balancing their thinking and communication skills in English. And that's what she's really good at. Stefy and I have worked together in her programs focused on communication and presentation skills for over two years. One of the things that greatly benefitted was doing my first fifteen-minute mental health video in English for an international event. And I really enjoyed it! Thanks Stefy. What I liked most was that Stefy is resourceful, hardworking and energetic. If you need to handle English language work, I highly recommend Stefy!"

It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Vaclavikova as a Business English Coach.
Our 12-weekEnglish programme was a great journey. Stefania is an amazing teacher for sure, but on top of that she is a coach, motivator and interesting interlocutor as well.

She motivated me to start my day very early, to spend time together, and to deep dive into English pronunciation, expressions and grammar.
She was able to bring interesting topics, energising tools and show different ways to get me immersed in real English.

All with disciplined work habits - I really felt inspired by productive discussions we had with Stefania.

If you are ready to meet an interesting mentor in order to develop your English skills, please get in touch with Stefania.
I am thankful so much and I hope we will maintain contact for long!

Stefania is probably one of the most committed and hardworking language specialists I've ever worked with. She brings enthusiasm, positive energy, and patience to every class. She has a wonderful ability to point out mistakes and areas for growth while providing positive feedback. She is encouraging and has a wonderful sense of humor. She has taught me to pronoun some English vowels that I've been wanting to learn for years!. Definitely, she is the communication specialist you are looking for!
