About Susan
I’m a multilingual legal professional fluent in English, Spanish (Castilian), and Cantonese, with additional studies in Greek, Mandarin, and French. I use Spanish daily with family, friends, and clients—on the phone, in writing, and when translating documents.
I hold a Juris Doctor and work extensively in law, business, and finance, which allows me to bring practical, real-world communication skills into my teaching.
I love languages and understand what it takes to learn one from another, so I’m comfortable supporting students from any linguistic background. I teach young learners, high school and college students, and working professionals who need Spanish for school, everyday life, or the workplace.
My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s goals, with a focus on vocabulary, reading, speaking, listening, and confident professional communication.
