About Georgette
I learned a lot of Spanish through TV shows, Spanish news and social media. Have a lot of interest in Spanish culture and media (especially football!). I have taught Spanish to a GCSE student before and have strengths especially in reading, writing and grammar. I know what it is like to learn Spanish as an English speaker so therefore am able to teach it!
In Summer 2025, I spent 5 weeks being an au pair and taking care of 3 spanish girls in `madrid. The immersive experience let me use spanish that I'd been learning for years and I was able to speak as a native, learning new words, and phrases!

Previous spanish student who studied for 11 years. Can teach in listening, reading, writing and speaking conversation classes to GCSE, A level students and beginner adults . Have previously tutored GCSE students, using GCSE and A level qualification. GCSE grade A*.
Typical lesson will be starting off outlining strengths then working on vocab and grammar. Speaking conversation is very important and time will be spent doing so.
