About Agustina
¡Hola! My name is Agustina, although many of my students call me Agus.
I’m originally from Argentina and have been living in Australia for the past five years. I’m a qualified Technical and Scientific Translator and a certified ELE teacher, specialising in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
I have over five years of experience teaching Spanish at language institutes in Australia and Mexico, as well as online. I work with students of all levels, from complete beginners (A1) to advanced learners (C2), and tailor every lesson to each student’s goals, interests and learning style.
My lessons provide a balanced approach to speaking, listening, reading and writing, with a strong focus on helping students communicate naturally and confidently in real-life situations. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, strengthen your grammar, prepare for travel or continue developing your overall Spanish, I will create a clear and personalised learning plan for you.
I also love teaching children! My classes for young learners are interactive, creative and age-appropriate. I use games, songs, storytelling, drawing, painting and other engaging activities to help children learn Spanish naturally while having fun.
My goal is to create a warm and encouraging learning environment where every student feels comfortable practising, asking questions and making progress.

I am a certified ELE teacher and a qualified English–Spanish Technical and Scientific Translator, with five years of experience teaching both Spanish and English at language institutes in Australia, Mexico and Hawaii.
My lessons are interactive, engaging and tailored to each student’s interests, goals and learning style. I love using games, songs, creative activities and real-life conversation to make language learning enjoyable and meaningful.
For children, I offer 30-minute lessons or 45-minute sessions with a short five-minute break. I adapt every class to the child’s age, personality and interests, helping them learn Spanish naturally while having fun.
I also offer a structured 20-hour General Spanish course, usually delivered through one two-hour lesson per week. However, the frequency and schedule can be adjusted to suit your availability and learning goals.
Students of all ages—from 6 to 99—are warmly welcome! I genuinely enjoy teaching, and I want you to enjoy the learning process just as much.
