About Gözde
Hello, I am a yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner.
I give sessions in Turkish and English. I also work at a yoga hotel in the summer. Thanks to this, I have students from all over the world. I have also had the opportunity to gain many experiences from the Western perspective to the Eastern perspective on yoga teaching.

Our sound healing (sound bath / sound meditation) sessions last between 60-90 minutes.
Not suitable for pregnant women and those with pacemakers.
Equipment used:
It will take place by lying on your back on a mat accompanied by nature sounds such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, shaman drums, Noah bell's, rain, wind, sea.
