About Ruth
I am a student studying Songwriting and Musicianship in Bristol. I have experience in teaching singing and musical theatre lessons and grades. I also have some experience working with children with additional needs, more specifically pre- school aged children and my sessions focused on creative expressive therapies.

My teaching methods are expressive, therapeutic and liberal in a creative sense. I aim to encourage my students to experiment with a variety of techniques involving different strategies. I can cover more specific subject matters such as songwriting, guitar techniques (acoustic or electric) or vocal techniques. I also offer more creative expressive therapy based style sessions such as drawing with sound, music based therapy and songwriting/ poetry writing. I am flexible in terms of adjusting to abilities and personal preferences and am willing to travel within the Bristol/ Bath/ South Gloucestershire area.
