About Isabella
With a degree in Music Performance and a thorough understanding of music theory, I now teach piano and composition professionally to a student base of 23 and growing. During my undergraduate studies I acted as tutor for several others in keyboard and theory classes, and incorporate that knowledge into my current teaching practice. I also have extensive experience with performance in a variety of styles.

I like to use a mix of demonstration and Socratic method - asking questions to facilitate learning rather than lecturing. I work well with students of all ages, abilities, and skill levels; I believe in meeting people where they are at and setting goals that are meaningful to the student.
