About Kamalesh
As for myself , I am a public sector employee by profession and my age of retirement is not very far. Also I am presently very much in the mood of leaving the service and engaging myself otherwise. My academic qualification is Higher Secondary, Technical Qualification is ITI trade certificate , First Class Boiler Attendant Proficiency Certificate. I have served my organization as a power plant operating personnel . Also all through during my service carrier I have Voluntarily taught many school students subjects likr High school English, Social studies, History , Geography etc. and also taught students General Mathematics and General Science ulto the level of class- viii.

I always love to interact with the young minds with fresh knowledge and ideas. My key thought towards the teaching method is to establish a feeling of studying together and in this process initially I start to read/discuss the subject matter myself loudly and then shift the job the reading aloud by the students. By the time, an atmosphere of attachment with the subject been created by the teacher student correspondence and while I narrate the subject matter elaborately I also let the student join with their ideas and also occasionally add their points of views as the improved notable versions if the subject matter. At last with them I perpare work book like questionnaire as well as bigger reflective questions to be answered by them. I help and look after the answering process be completed successfully.
