About Ishani
I’m a dedicated Math tutor with over 4 years of experience supporting students in algebra. I hold a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science, which guides my structured teaching approach. I mainly work with middle school students who find algebra challenging. Many of them lack confidence at the start. I help them build it steadily.
My focus is on linear equations, polynomial expressions, and functions. These concepts can be tricky, but I simplify them clearly. I guide students through each step of the process. This helps them understand not just the method, but the reasoning. Strong understanding leads to lasting success.
I use puzzles and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable. Students respond well to interactive lessons. I also include real-life examples to make algebra more relatable. This helps students see the value of what they are learning. It brings abstract ideas to life.
I’ve worked with students from different learning backgrounds. I adapt my teaching style to meet their individual needs. I also support students dealing with math anxiety. I create a positive and supportive learning space. My aim is to make algebra simple, enjoyable, and rewarding.

I focus on making math easy to understand and apply. I teach algebra, equations, and functions with simple methods. I also include statistical analysis and graphing techniques. These are useful for understanding data.
I use step-by-step explanations and structured exercises. Students learn how to work with numbers and data sets. I also teach them how to read questions carefully. This improves accuracy and confidence.
