About Avery
With 8 years of experience in guitar teaching and professional performance, I am committed to mentoring young learners with patience and clarity. I teach school and college students and carefully plan each lesson according to individual goals and learning pace.
One of my greatest achievements has been helping students overcome hesitation and stage fear, enabling them to perform confidently at school and college events. I emphasise rhythm control, chord precision, scale mastery, finger coordination, and expressive playing techniques.
I believe that music education builds focus, resilience, and confidence beyond the classroom. My teaching style combines discipline with encouragement, creating a positive and respectful learning environment. I motivate students to practise consistently and set achievable goals. My aim is to develop not only technically strong guitar players but also confident individuals who enjoy their musical journey.

My teaching approach for Guitar focuses on building a strong foundation while encouraging artistic freedom through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I start with essential basics such as tuning, posture, simple chords, and rhythm counting before moving to advanced techniques like fingerstyle patterns and scale improvisation. Motivation keeps students committed to regular practice and helps them overcome challenges confidently.
Communication ensures that every lesson is explained clearly and demonstrated practically. Integrity is reflected in my attention to proper technique, smooth chord transitions, rhythm accuracy, and disciplined learning routines. I offer constructive feedback and consistent support to promote improvement.
Creativity is an important part of my classes, where students experiment with chord variations, create melodies, and explore different music styles. Besides Guitar, I also teach music reading and ear training skills.
