Typical Length of a Lesson:
A typical lesson lasts about 60 minutes. This duration is optimal for maintaining focus and ensuring that students absorb the material without feeling overwhelmed. The lesson is divided into three parts:
1. Review (10 minutes): We start by reviewing previous lessons and addressing any questions.
2. New Material (40 minutes): This is the core of the lesson, where new topics are introduced and explored.
3. Practice and Q&A (10 minutes): The session concludes with practice exercises and a Q&A segment to reinforce learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
I am a sixth-form student studying Economics, 3D Design, and French, fluent in English, French, and Creole. My tutoring experience includes:
• Tutor at Top Mark Tuition Centre (2021-2022): I taught KS3 Maths and English, helping students prepare for end-of-year exams and SATs, marking mock papers, and mentoring students to improve their understanding and performance.
