About Ani
Hi, I'm Ani. Welcome to my site! I look forward to meeting you! For the record, I have a wealth of teaching experience, a master's degree in writing (MFA), and a love for my native tongue. I'm flexible and ready to help you learn English in the way that suits you best. A little more about me: My background as an educator is diverse. I've taught at college, high school, and elementary school levels and tutored students worldwide. I've traveled extensively and am multilingual with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish and French. Having worked as a journalist and business professional, I can help you acquire the terminology you need to support your business communications or enhance your academic studies. Alongside TEFL. I've taught English literature, drama, poetry, social studies, science & art education. I enjoy integrating theater, film, and media arts elements to enrich and enliven online learning. More. Importantly... I structure my teaching around you, incorporating whatever tools we need to help you reach your goals.

Lessons are designed for adult learners who enjoy learning through conversation, texts, and digital media. I use a well-established ESL curriculum, plus news stories, podcasts, video clips, language games, and of course, great conversations.
My approach is (near) total immersion. We will be conversing from day #1.
I’m not only your tutor, I’m your language coach!
Feel free to contact me anytime for support and inspiration!

I have been studying English with Ani for 6 months.
I couldn't speak English well because it's only been a year since I came to the U.S., but studying with Ani gave me confidence.
I am learning a lot from Ani not only about English but also about American life and culture.
She has a variety of educational content including reading, writing, conversation, and grammar.
She is punctual, friendly and humorous.
She sincerely wants me to improve my English and helps me. We are becoming good friends.
I want my good teacher Ani to help more people.
Ani likes to help others speak English well, and I believe that people who meet Ani will also like Ani. Just like me.View more recommendations
