About Amy
I’m a leeds conservatoire film music graduate with 6 years of teaching experience, both 1-1 lessons and leading multiple choirs. I have achieved grade 8 in my vocal exams and am able to also teach piano up to grade 5. My specialist area of teaching is musical theatre, having been trained by Lucie Jones for 3 years I’m able to implement techniques and teachings taken directly from the professional industry. I am able to provide references and a DBS if required. I am happy to teach people of all ages and abilities. I look forward to hearing from you!

Once basic technique has been covered we will work on strengthening different parts of the voice, especially the mix if working on musical theatre, bring out a vibrato and singing different styles of songs. Then we will work on belting and classical technique.
For piano I can teach grade work including scales, sight reading and pieces. I am also happy to work on composing skills and orchestration
