I teach in 8 weeks sessions and share lesson plans ahead of time. Every class starts with warm up, story telling elements, dance and cool down. This gives an opportunity for the student to check in with themselves about the challenge and interest in continuing to learn with a defined commitment for at least 8 weeks.
