Sofia was my H2 French teacher throughout my 2 years in Eunoia Junior College! Her enthusiasm, patience and engaging lessons supplemented with many discussions (which trained our speaking skills) and informative videos paired with listening exercises greatly helped me to pull my french grades up from an S to a B. Her comprehensive notes also allowed me to consolidate my learning effectively. Most importantly, her passion helped me to really enjoy learning French at a higher level. A lively educator, she brings laughter and joy to lessons frequently ! During A levels season she would also readily agree to consultations for more personalised teaching and constantly encourage us, which was thoroughly heartwarming and boosted my confidence and assured me greatly during examinations. Overall, it has been a joy to know Sofia and a privilege to have been taught by her.

Mademoiselle Sofia was my French teacher for 2 years at the Singapore-Cambridge “A”-Levels. She is a very fun and engaging teacher with a great sense of humour, and most importantly, she is very professional. She is very knowledgeable about her subject, and she would tailor her teaching style to fit her students’ needs (grammar, pronunciation, speaking, writing etc.) My spoken and written French improved tremendously during the two years when I was taught by her!
