Instead of simply providing answers, I use a questioning technique to help students think critically and solve problems independently, much like I've done in my career. My key techniques include: Case Studies: I create and use simplified case studies based on my professional experience to illustrate concepts like supply chain optimization or strategic sourcing. For example, we could look at how my team navigated supply chain disruptions from 2020-2022 to understand risk management in a real context. Problem-Solving Workshops: Lessons are structured around solving specific problems, whether they're from a textbook or a scenario I've created. This active learning approach builds confidence and a deeper understanding of the material. Concept Mapping: I help students visualize the connections between different topics using diagrams and flowcharts, making complex systems like a circular supply chain much easier to grasp.
