As a HS Senior who has already earned my 5s on the AP Physics and Calculus exams, I can provide a student-to-student perspective that can bridge complex lectures with understanding and problem solving confidence.
Target Students: I specialize in helping middle and high school students (Grades 6–12) with Algebra, Chemistry, and AP-level Physics or Calculus.
Teaching Methods: I use a digital whiteboard to visualize abstract concepts and explain mathematical work in real-time. Especially for physics, I focus on the "why" behind the formulas, so students can solve any problem, even if phrased differently on an exam.
A Typical Lesson:
- Quick Assessment: Identify the specific roadblocks from homework/lectures
- Guided Practice: With additional practice problems, we walk through the logic and patterns to build understanding and mastery
