About Giorgio
I am a 3rd year biochemistry college student who has given lessons at guitar center for the last year. I have about 4 to 5 years of teaching experience and have taken college and high school theory classes. I have played in jazz band and mostly play jazz, fusion, indie, funk, and blues. I specialize in performance techniques and sing as a hobby I believe it's important to be well rounded.

My teaching method is to determine how my student best learns, bearing in mind musical instrument mastery is a hands on endeavour, whether it be visual or auditory. I keep a structured approach and adapt my style to fit the students needs and interests starting from discussing the basics to more advanced techniques. I try to encourage applying these techniques to new contexts and other instruments as desired and encourage student feedback and creativity. I believe in putting in hard work and having fun with the material because music is a language and is important for self expression.
