About Sorcha
I have been a secondary school teacher for 5 years. I graduated from Maynooth University with a degree in Gaeilge and Geography, followed by a masters in Education. I aim to create a comfortable and easy going atmosphere in my lessons. I believe students retain more information when they are most at ease. Feedback and praise are 2 important aspects of my teaching because I believe they are vital in helping students to improve and achieve their desired results.

I place emphasis on all 4 aspects of learning a language; Spoken, written, listening and reading. Resources are tailored to each student and to their level. Resources included essays, grammar notes, powerpoints and literature notes. Lessons will be minimum one hour long, leaving 10-15 minutes after each lesson for questions, recap, revision etc.
