About Dylan
I’m an accomplished English teacher with over a decade of experience, having devoted a significant part of my career to the British Council in Sudan and secondary schools in the UK. My passion for the English language is evident in my engaging teaching style, fostering a love for literature and language among my students. My background as an art scholar enriches my lessons, allowing me to draw connections between language, culture, and artistic expression.
In addition to my teaching career, I’ve ventured into the world of tourism, founding my own business that showcases the historical and cultural richness of Cambridge and Oxford universities. My deep appreciation for these iconic institutions allows me to share their stories and significance with visitors, enhancing their experience and understanding of British heritage.
As a devoted father of three children, I balance my professional and personal life as best as I can, instilling in them the same love for learning and exploration that defines my own life. My role as a mentor extends beyond the classroom, as I guide my children and students to discover their passions and potential.
Furthermore, my connection to the late Sir Wilfred Thesiger, as his godson, adds a unique layer to my narrative.
