About Rishik
I’m an Economics undergraduate at Queen Mary University of London with a strong academic background in Mathematics, Chemistry and Economics. I’ve always enjoyed learning and finding simple ways to explain difficult concepts to others. Alongside my studies and tutoring, I’m passionate about sport, particularly football and cricket, which I’ve played for many years. I enjoy the discipline, teamwork and commitment that sport brings, and I try to bring the same qualities into my tutoring. I’m approachable, patient and genuinely enjoy helping students grow in both confidence and ability, and seeing them achieve goals they may not have thought were possible.

I have over half a year of tutoring experience, teaching GCSE Maths and Sciences alongside A-Level Maths and Economics. I tailor each lesson to the student’s level and learning style, using structured explanations, exam-style questions and targeted practice to address gaps in understanding. I regularly track progress and adapt my teaching to help students improve both their grades and confidence. One of my students improved by three grades through consistent, focused support. Having also led and mentored other students in leadership roles, I am patient, approachable and committed to helping students reach their full potential.
