About Izabelle
I am 20 years old and am in my second year of my Biomedical Science degree at Liverpool John Moore’s University. At college, I achieved a D*D*D* in my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Applied Science, which has set me up well for my degree and definitely established my interest in the subject. I achieved 10 GCSEs in school ranging from grade 8-5 in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, History, English Language, English Literature, World Literature, French and PE. I think that making learning digestible, engaging and fun is the key to success and despite not having previous tutoring experience, this is the approach that I take when revising for my own work and have done since school. I appreciate that not everybody is as passionate about Biology as I am, but I hope that my lessons will create a space where questions can be asked, knowledge gaps can be filled and the mundane reputation of STEM subjects can be de-bunked!

Hour-long, supportive lessons are available via video call. I am new to tutoring however, I am keen to help young people understand and discover excitement in a subject that I am passionate about myself. Biology forms the foundation of my Biomedical Science degree and is therefore very relevant to my own work. My lessons are suitable for students up to A-level.
