About Bernadette
Playing and performing music has long been a family tradition for me. I have been taught by members of my own family from a young age and have been deeply engrossed in traditional Scottish arts, with Highland dancing being a skill in my younger years, alongside local competitions during the Music Festival.
It was after one of these competitions that I recieved my first offer to teach a young boy. Since then, I discovered a passion for sharing my skills with others.

I am a student in the Highland of Scotland, with 12 years of experience playing traditional music on various string instruments.
Within lessons, I aim to teach tunes which my pupil choses from a selection I provide. We gradually build up a fun wee repertoire.
I have experience in teaching complete beginners, particularily children.
My lessons span from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what the pupil prefers.
