Well am a teacher who lectures olevel students. I use so many methods to teach, before I start any of my lessons I make sure I give the students objectives of the lesson that is what they should know at the end of the lesson and sometimes i also use diagram because I believe that students learn what they see faster than what they hear or read.

First of all, I will like to enlighten my students on nutrition. Nutrition is defined as the processes by which an animal or plant takes in and utilizes food substances.
Importances of nutrition are;
They are essential for growth and development, health and well-being. Eating a healthy diet contributes to prevention of future illness,and improving quality and length of life. your nutritional status is the state of your health as determined by what you eat. In our next lesson we will be discussing on
