Join my Ballet and Contemporary Dance classes if you want to acquire more grace, flexibility and balance whilst developing a sense of rhythm, discipline and coordination. In this class you will gain a better understanding of how the body moves and improve your self-confidence.
Movement and musicality, a proper body alignment, are important qualities that we will focus on, as well as developing strength and technique.
I deliver group classes, online and in person, one-to-one home tuition and personalised sessions for mainstream pupils as well as for SEND (Special Educational Need and Disability) children.
