We hired Lori to work as an acting coach with our firm’s owner, Peter Davis, and she was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Peter is an attorney, not a professional actor, so appearing naturally on camera—especially while delivering scripted material—was something that took a completely different skill set from what he uses every day in the courtroom or with clients.

Lori did an excellent job helping Peter become much more comfortable, relaxed, and natural in front of the camera. She worked with him on his delivery, pacing, tone, body language, facial expressions, and overall presence, while making sure he still sounded like himself rather than someone simply memorizing and reciting a script.

One of the things we appreciated most was her ability to understand Peter’s personality and professional background and coach around that. She never tried to turn him into someone he wasn’t. Instead, she helped bring out a more conversational and authentic version of him on camera. That made a huge difference in the final videos.

She was patient, encouraging, observant, and very good at identifying small adjustments that immediately improved a take. Even subtle changes in how Peter delivered a sentence or looked into the camera made the footage feel much more natural and professional.

For someone who spends his career practicing law rather than acting, Peter became noticeably more confident in front of the camera after working with Lori. The improvement was easy for our entire team to see.

Lori was also extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the process. She understood what we were trying to accomplish with the videos and helped us get much stronger performances without making the filming process feel forced or uncomfortable.

We would absolutely recommend Lori to attorneys, business owners, executives, or anyone else who needs to appear on camera but does not come from an acting background. She has a real talent for helping people relax, find their natural delivery, and come across as confident, believable, and authentic on camera.
