My lessons focus on the different aspects of running that are most important for your goals. I work based off of a month by month programming schedule to make sure the proper adjustments are being made to ensure the most efficient approach possible.
I've been there, done that, and made all of the mistakes so you don't have. Using my background in exercise physiology to give workouts based on science, I will only use proper training techniques and advise!
These lessons are for anyone looking to get their foot on the starting line and those who want the extra leg up on the competition on race day.
