About Darcie
Microphone technique and vibrato control form the bedrock of the lessons I offer, alongside vocal health, sight singing, and head or chest voice balance. Having spent 13 years performing as a classical vocalist across the UK, I find great joy in sharing this art form. I have worked with countless students to navigate the complexities of ABRSM and Trinity graded exams from Grade 1 through Diploma levels. Watching a student gain confidence in their own sound remains the most rewarding part of this journey.

"Focusing on vocal health and care feels like the smartest way to start, ensuring your voice stays strong for 7.0 years and beyond. I build my sessions around your specific goals while incorporating those vital exam preparation strategies I have refined over 13 years.
The structure includes recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice, allowing for consistent progress between our meetings. I draw on my Royal Academy training to provide honest, energetic feedback that clarifies tricky technical passages. My primary aim is to maintain a supportive space where your voice can develop naturally. You will leave feeling clear about your next steps and ready to practise with intention."
