About Matthew
I have been a robotics teacher in the Jefferson Union High School District for 4 years now, teaching computer programming, logic, engineering, and Computer Aided Design skills to a group of up to 20 students at a time. At the moment there are 15 students in the class, and I directly teach about 6 of them while the main teacher teaches the rest.

I am studying to become a high school mathematics teacher. I believe in teaching by example while leaving enough time for students to do their own work. A good basis for a tutoring session is doing homework problems or choosing problems out of the book that haven't been assigned.

Details
If there is a lot of walking involved (bus doesn't stop near your house) and I can't be picked up by a parent, there will be a 1$ charge for each mile I have to walk (within 1.5 miles is fine), 2$ if uphill as I have bad asthma.
