About Federica
I was born in the rhythmic gymnastics world, my mom is a coach and my family owns a club in Milan. Since I was 3 I started practicing the sport, attending during the years important national competitions. When I was still an athlete, at the age of 16, I started coaching to help younger gymnasts with their training. August 2024 I moved to New York and I decided to follow up with my passion here.

In my lessons I’m a severe coach, I try to obtain the best from my gymnasts and I lead them in improving flexibility, learning new apparatus skills (DA and Risks) and practicing the routines improving precision and cleaning (straightening segments and pointing toes)

Perfect! I love my rhythmic gymnastics lessons with Federica! She is a great coach who knows how to help her students work on what they need the most. She makes me work hard, but she is also very motivating and encouraging. I am confident that I will make progress working with her. The exercises that she gives me target what I need to improve, and she gets my best effort every time. I am grateful to have the opportunity to train with such and knowledgeable and experienced coach.
